This is why we have co-located a fully functioning gym within our clinic so that we can better diagnose and assess our clients’ physical condition. As with members of our profession, we are bound by ethical principles to act with integrity, accountability and judgment in the best interest of the client so that they can be rehabilitated and achieve optimal health outcomes to live life to the fullest.
Through word of mouth, Movement Mechanics Physiotherapy now not only caters to the athletes who partake in gruelling sports like the Ironman Triathlons but people from all walks of life who want to lead a better life or continue doing what they love to do like preserving mobility in the legs so that they can continue travelling with their decade old friends to penang to have a bowl of their favourite laksa.
Apart from patient care, Movement Mechanics Physiotheray has also been invited to share their knowldge of the physiotherapy profession, treatment technqiues to various organisations and at events.

About the
The CEO & Founder
As an athlete, Fabian is reputed for coming in champion and breaking the Singapore Ultra-marathon record at the 2008 Adidas Sundown Ultra-Marathon. His other racing achievements include completing the Ironman in Busselton, Western Australia (2012), being the 1st-placed Singaporean in the 2009 Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Half Marathon and the 2006 Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon.
Fabian’s expertise shows in the athletes he has produced, not just in athletics, but in triathlon and adventure racing as well. He headed the successful adventure racing team, Team RedsXtreme.
In 2010, he started Fabian William Coaching Concepts (FWCC), together with his team of coaches, he continued to develope medal winning athletes in schools from primary up to tertiary level.
Fabian being a competive athlete has had his fair share of injuries that has taken him away from running for an extended period of time and left him frustrated. Movement Mechanics Physiotherapy Pte Ltd was set up in 2014 with the initial intention of helping athletes like him recover from injuries in the fastest time possible.
