Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Wong Sze Keed is the Chief Executive Officer of AIA Singapore. She is responsible for overseeing and managing AIA's operations in the market to champion the concept of Healthier, Longer, Better Lives for all Singaporeans.
Sze Keed took the helm in the middle of Singapore’s worst health and economic crisis and made it her mission to mobilise a new People-First Mandate. At the core of her mandate are three founding pillars underpinning her vision:

Sze Keed has close to almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry in Singapore and a broad range of senior management roles during her career. She joined AIA Singapore in March 2013 as Chief Partnership Distribution Officer and was responsible for maximizing distribution through strategic relationships with bancassurance, brokers, and financial advisories through product expansion, enhanced service levels, and ongoing sales initiatives.
In December 2014, she took on the role of Chief Distribution Officer and was instrumental in strengthening the agency force, boosting the quality, expertise, and productivity of AIA Financial Services Consultants as part of a strategy to help families in Singapore meet their protection, savings, and investment needs. Under her leadership, AIA Singapore’s agency business has gone from strength-to-strength achieving the highest number of MDRT-registered members in Singapore for five consecutive years. Sze Keed also played an instrumental role in setting up our proprietary financial adviser firm, AIA Financial Advisers (FA), in 2017 and developing it to become one of the leading FA firms in Singapore.
