Becky's Bio

Becky is a trained professional in the finance and accounting field. After graduating from University, she started her early career as a financial cum investment analyst. After 8 years in the corporate stint, due to stress and burnt out, I was encouraged by her late mother to quit. She remembered clearly the words she said “工字不出头，你是女兒家，出來創創無防?”. Therefore at age of 29, she started her entrepreneurship journey.

NannyPro was co-founded by Becky's late mother and her. It was through her difficult sandwiched season that had taught her what truly matters. Due to the overwhelming stressful caregiving commitments, she wanted to serve the women in her season, to do good in the industry that she was familiar with.

This was how she pivoted and repositioned NannyPro to be a social enterprise, registered with RaiSE since Mar 2018.

Her vision is clear to be “The Community’s Trusted Cradle Care for Happy Parenting” so that parents will have peace of mind when they entrust their child into our care. To provide and equip women from the community to deliver care from the Heart, as an alternative means of employment. NannyPro marries both for sustainability.

As NannyPro is purpose-driven, Becky finds passion and joy in growing as a SEs. It is an intended balance to sustain profitability, do good and deliver the social impact.
