GLENN LIM
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Glenn Lim founded CEO Asia to create a business networking, expansion and education platform for CEOs and C-Suite Executives to strengthen relationships between Small-Medium Entreprises (SME) in Singapore.
In 2018, he also launched the inaugural Brands For Good recognition awards for companies who do good to the environment and to their immediate communities to foster a new generation of businesses that create positive impact to society and ecology.

Firus graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with three degrees; an Honours Bachelor in Architecture and two Master Degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning. He is a Full NUS Scholar and won Best Masters of Architecture Thesis of the Year Award (2009).
Firus's experience span from wind-tunnel, daylighting, heat envelope simulations, as well as oversee hospitality construction projects in Bali.
He now pursues his other passion: coding, web & phone app development and manages digital and marketing projects in the online real estate space.

JEREMY PEH
CRITICAL THINKING EXPERT
As Advisor, Trainer and Investor, Jeremy has impacted more than 1,000 business managers and owners through his programs focused on Business, Intellectual Property, Market and Brand Development.
His programs excel through enhancing participants’ Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Project and People Management mindsets and skills.
Since 2010 he has co-founded many businesses. He is currently the CEO and co-founder of Trugem Capital, a fund management company focused on public and private investments.

PROF SU GUANING
EMERITUS PRESIDENT, NTU, BRANDS FOR GOOD HEAD JUDGE
Prof Su Guaning was conferred the title President Emeritus of NTU on 25 July 2011 after retiring as its President (2002 to 2011).
He helped raised the university’s profile as a leading, world ranking research-intensive institution, with clear strengths in sustainability research and China relations.
Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Secretary (Technology) in MINDEF and become the founding chief executive of the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), Singapore.

Alan YL Ng is Managing Partner of ABBA Consulting, a boutique strategy firm specialising in building intangible assets for businesses.
Alan also served as the Founding President of IPOS Society, a non-profit organization championing intellectual property (IP) for humanitarian good.
In his past career he was Director, International Engagement Department, Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and earlier served in many capacities at the International Enterprise of Singapore, Asian Development Bank and the World Bank.

ESTHER WEE
PRESIDENT, IIPCC SINGAPORE
CO-CHAIR, BRANDS FOR GOOD
Esther is an IP Counsel at Eversheds Harry Elias LLP and the President of the International Intellectual Property Council (IIPCC) Singapore chapter.
IIPCC is a global non-profit organization with a vision to providing a platform for the innovator and entrepreneur (‘IP-Innopreneur’) to increase understanding of IP and realizing the commercialization potential of IP assets.
She is also an avid speaker and advocate in educating and raising awareness amongst the public and business owners on ways they can invest and market their IP assets.
She has conducted many trainings/workshops on IP with different organizations including with the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) and Singapore’s DBS Bank Ltd’s SME Academy for SME Innovation.

With a career in financial service marketing with U.S. Multinationals over 30 years, Alex is currently a Organizational Consultant dedicated in helping organizations enhance excellence oriented towards customer and brand management.
Alex firmly believes that any organization with a strong belief they can benefit their community, and will eventually succeed.
Building internal organization and external interfaces is challenging, but can be similarly overcome with a strong set of share values and vision.

Shaak Pathak is a Partner at ABBA Consulting, a Business & IP Strategy firm in Singapore. He has been an instrumental volunteer in CEO Asia, especially critical in organizing the annual Brands For Good Awards, as a volunteer. Shaak has also previously worked in E&Y Singapore.
ABBA Consulting provides research, analysis and strategic solutioning for technology, intellectual property, and business strategy consulting projects for various leading SMEs and companies in Singapore.
Shaak has also published multiple journal papers and has worked with Critical Thinking Academy to develop cutting edge corporate training programs in Business Innovation, Thinking Skills and beyond.

Jack Whalen studied at Butler University in the field of marketing, Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, and assists with market analysis and research on projects.

His interests for travel and international business brought him to CEO Asia to work primarily with Brands For Good and promote the events to the public. Jack primarily works with web development and seeking market trends.

Taylor Fisher studied in Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana, United States in the fields of accounting and finance.
Taylor’s passions lie in customer relations, cultural development and economic policy.
Her ambition to engage in international businesses and dialogue in Asia brought her to be based in Singapore with CEO Asia as one of the lead project executives.
