As Chairman of Brands For Good, Garry Lam leads the charge in championing sustainable and socially responsible business practices.

With a deep commitment to ethical leadership, he has played a pivotal role in advancing our mission to inspire brands to do good for the greater good.

 

Having previously served as Executive Director since 2021, Garry continues to drive impactful initiatives that empower businesses to align success with purpose, fostering a thriving community of conscious leaders and change-makers.

ALAN NG
CO-FOUNDER & ADVISOR, BRANDS FOR GOOD

Alan YL Ng brings over 25 years of professional experience across the public, private, non-profit sectors, and served as the former Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. In 2017, Alan co-founded Brands For Good Limited, where he has been inspiring and empowering businesses to become forces for positive change. His dedication to sustainable growth and innovation is evident in his role as International Consultant for the Asian Development Bank, and his expertise in branding and intellectual property as the Managing Partner at ABBA Consulting Pte Ltd.

 

Alan's career includes a decade of service with the Singapore Government, where he held various roles across agencies like the Trade Development Board and International Enterprise Singapore, and Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. He also held managerial roles in international institutions like the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank Group. Furthermore, he spent five years with the UAE Government, working with the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development as Strategy Advisor to the Chairman.

ESTHER WEE
PRESIDENT, IIPCC SINGAPORE
CO-FOUNDER & ADVISOR,
BRANDS FOR GOOD

Esther is an IP Counsel at Eversheds Harry Elias LLP and the President of the International Intellectual Property Council (IIPCC) Singapore chapter.

IIPCC is a global non-profit organization with a vision to providing a platform for the innovator and entrepreneur (‘IP-Innopreneur’) to increase understanding of IP and realizing the commercialization potential of IP assets.

 

She is also an avid speaker and advocate in educating and raising awareness amongst the public and business owners on ways they can invest and market their IP assets.

She has conducted many trainings/workshops on IP with different organisations including with the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) and Singapore’s DBS Bank Ltd’s SME Academy for SME Innovation.

GLENN LIM
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Glenn Lim founded CEO Asia to create a business networking, expansion and education platform for CEOs and C-Suite Executives to strengthen relationships between Small-Medium Entreprises (SME) in Singapore.

In 2018, he also launched the inaugural Brands For Good recognition awards for companies who do good to the environment and to their immediate communities to foster a new generation of businesses that create positive impact to society and ecology.

KATHERINE KEE
DIRECTOR
PROGRAMMES & SERVICES

In her role at Brands For Good, a non-profit organisation dedicated to championing sustainable and socially responsible business practices, Katherine draws on more than 20 years of marketing and brand management experience.

As Director of Programmes & Services, she works alongside team members and partners to develop initiatives that help companies align success with social impact. Katherine believes that strong relationships and clear, authentic stories are essential to inspiring positive change. She focuses on collaboration and service, guiding teams and partners in a way that balances strategic thinking with a genuine commitment to people and purpose.

FIRUS
PROGRAMME MANAGER

Firus graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with three degrees; an Honours Bachelor in Architecture and two Master Degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning. He is a Full NUS Scholar and won Best Masters of Architecture, Thesis of the Year Award (2009). He is also the winner of RIBA Royal Institute of British Architect's President Medal, LIXIL Japan-Hokkaido Medallion & Clear Village Netherlands Overall Champion.

Firus's experience span from computational wind and solar-simulations, daylighting, heat envelope simulations, as well as acting as an associate architect in various hospitality projects across Bali.

He now pursues his other passion: coding, AI, Automation, web & mobile phone app development and manages digital and marketing projects in the online space.
