How can I nominate my company for Brands For Good Awards?

Nominations are open to brands whose organisations are members of Brands For Good.

Organisations may submit nominations through the official website (www.brandsforgood.asia) by completing the online application form (bfg.sg/nominate). Public submissions are welcome, and the nominated organisation will be enrolled as a Brands For Good member as part of the nomination process.

Applicants are invited to present how their brand integrates purpose into practice, demonstrates responsible leadership, and creates meaningful outcomes for society and the environment.

Shortlisted nominees will undergo an evaluation process conducted by an independent panel of judges.

The Brands For Good Awards are open to registered organisations locally and internationally, including private organisations, non-profit organisations, social enterprises, educational institutions, unions, associations, and public-sector linked entities.

We welcome brands of all sizes and industries that demonstrate genuine commitment to responsible practices, sustainability, inclusivity, and positive community impact.

 

What are the award categories for Brands For Good Awards?

The Brands For Good Awards recognise brands and leaders across five categories:

  • BUSINESS FOR GOOD
    Honours brands that have designed their business models to achieve commercial success while creating positive societal and environmental impact.

  • TECH FOR GOOD
    Recognises brands with innovations and inventions that improves lives and/or the environment, catalysing change.

  • CULTURE FOR GOOD
    Celebrates brands that foster a workplace culture rooted in kindness, graciousness, and a deep respect for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • LEADERSHIP FOR GOOD

What is the submission process?

Nominations are submitted through Brands For Good’s online nomination portal.

Applicants are required to complete five key questions that outline their brand’s purpose, impact initiatives, and responsible practices. Supporting documents, including a corporate presentation deck and relevant financial information, must also be provided as part of the submission.

All entries are reviewed for completeness before proceeding to the judging stage.

The judging process reflects Brands For Good’s commitment to fairness, integrity, and values-led leadership.

All nominations undergo an eligibility screening, followed by evaluation by an independent panel of respected leaders and experts. Judges consider each brand’s purpose, positive impact, innovation, and commitment to responsible growth.

When is the deadline for the nomination submission?

The nomination deadline for the Brands For Good Awards 2026 is 30 April 2026.

Winners are featured on the Brands For Good website and social media platforms, and included in collective media announcements celebrating brands that exemplify values-led leadership.

When is the award ceremony and where will it be held?

The Brands For Good Awards ceremony will be held in Singapore in July 2026. The exact date and venue will be announced through official communication channels.

What is the difference between Champions, Distinction and Honouree?

Champion

Champions represent the highest level of recognition within each award category. They demonstrate exceptional leadership, transformative impact, and sustained commitment to purpose-driven excellence.

Distinction

Recipients of Distinction recognition have demonstrated strong impact, innovation, and alignment with responsible practices. Their efforts stand out for effectiveness and meaningful outcomes.

Honouree

Honourees meet the award criteria and are recognised for commendable contributions towards positive social and environmental impact. This recognition affirms their continued commitment to responsible and purpose-led practices.


 

Is there a fee associated with the nomination?

The Brands For Good Awards are open to Brands For Good members, and there is no separate nomination fee.

 

Brands participate in the Awards through an annual membership of SGD 800, which provides eligibility to submit nominations, alongside participation in the broader Brands For Good community and initiatives.

This structure ensures that submissions come from brands that are committed to sustained, purpose-driven practices within a values-aligned ecosystem.

Are there any other fees associated with the awards

All award recipients are recognised across Brands For Good’s platforms, including our website, social media channels, and collective media announcements. Recognition is based on merit and is not tied to financial contribution.

​

As a non-profit movement sustained by the community, winners who wish to further support our mission may choose to participate in our Stewardship & Community Impact Contribution, with contribution levels of SGD 1,200 and SGD 2,400. These voluntary contributions help us organise the award ceremony and continue amplifying stories of businesses creating positive impact.

​

The annual gala dinner and award ceremony is a community appreciation event made possible by contributing recipients. As such, attendance is extended to organisations participating in the Stewardship & Community Impact Contribution.

Recipients who participate will also receive commemorative support to mark their achievement, and may purchase additional gala dinner seats or tables to celebrate with their teams and partners.

What if we do not participate in the Stewardship & Community Impact Contribution or attend the gala?

Participation in the Stewardship & Community Impact Contribution is entirely voluntary.

​

All award recipients will continue to receive official recognition from Brands For Good, including features across our website, social media platforms, and collective media announcements. Winners are recognised based on merit and their commitment to positive impact, regardless of their level of contribution.

​

While the annual award ceremony and gala dinner are organised as a community appreciation event for contributing recipients, all winners remain valued members of the Brands For Good community and movement.

We remain committed to celebrating every organisation’s meaningful contributions towards building a more inclusive, responsible, and purpose-driven business ecosystem.
