Ageless Bicyclists Ltd (ABL) creates healthy lifestyle programs for different abilities/ASD including sibling/family members, youths and silver communities. The education/training program/events include Pedal enable recreational experiential inclusive cycling, health and outdoor education, exercises and retreats
ABL organizes outreach inclusive local events and overseas trips encouraging different needs, siblings, parents/grandparents and community bonding, intercultural experiences, quality of life and advocating an inclusive society.

Malcolm Chen is young at heart, mind and spirit and shy at times, passionate and alive with the vibrancy of living. He loves and embraces life; He believes it is what we make of it that counts. He is opened to the new; willing to explore and experiment with a fresh approach.
He is a “mover and shaker” Involved in the tourism segment since 2002, he was passionately into promoting and marketing diverse events/projects such as experiential education; ethnic music & culture; equestrian; community-involvement (Home Stay); and sports tourism.
He started cycling in September 2012 (67 years old) and since then his health improved that motivates him to continue cycling locally and overseas. Thus, he is passionately promoting a healthy lifestyle especially through recreational cycling
His transformative purpose statement is to encourage and inspire a healthy lifestyle for different abilities/ASD and families through sports especially experiential inclusive cycling.
