“Bringing pain relief closer to you”

Singapore Paincare Holdings (“SPCH”) is a medical service group specialising in the treatment of chronic and acute pain. The Group focuses on delivering quality pain care solutions through either removing pain generators and/or interrupting pain signals through, among others, minimally invasive procedures and specialised injections.

With a vision to become Asia’s leading one-stop integrated pain care provider, SPCH has rapidly expanded its network of pain care clinics. Comprising of primary care and specialist practitioners, as well as allied healthcare, SPCH offers dedicated patient-centric specialised pain care treatments and rehabilitation programmes.

The Group currently operates two specialist clinics, six medical clinics and a physiotherapy centre in Singapore.

Its first flagship specialist clinic, Singapore Paincare Center, was established in 2007 at the Paragon Medical Centre, and in 2014 it launched the second specialist clinic in Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Center. The specialist clinics offer minimally invasive pain care procedures, specialised injections, cancer pain treatments, pharmacotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy for our patients.

Its medical clinics in residential areas provide pain relief consultations and treatments, general medical consultations, health screening, management of chronic and acute conditions, physiotherapy and dermatologic services.

Through its dedicated team of experienced consultant pain specialists, pain doctors and physiotherapists, the Group is committed to delivering quality outcomes so that patients can live a renewed life, free from pain.

Singapore Paincare Holdings is listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) since 30 July 2020.

Our Unique Pain Management Approach

Minimally invasive pain relief techniques bridge the gap between using open surgery which may entail higher risks and longer recovery periods, and conservative physical therapies which may not be as immediately effective, to treat pain.

These techniques are in the form of specialised injections and small ports to either laser and burn away the pain problem and/or desensitise painful nerves to allow for regeneration of normal nerve function.
