ActiveCool has a client base of nearly 2000 companies, and a majority of those clients are made up of large corporations, government agencies and educational institutions, including Singapore’s largest, most sustainable brewer Asia Pacific Brewery, Changi Airport Group, MOE, MINDEF, IMDA, ICA, ASTAR, and Singapore’s six autonomous universities – NTU, NUS, SUSS, SUTD, SMU, SIT. Some of our best and longest client relationships are with SMEs, primarily in the construction, F&B and logistics industry. We have also expanded our channels to reach direct consumers via our online shops on marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee. However, our revenue from ecommerce currently makes up a very small part of our revenue.

Understanding the importance of positioning ourselves as a competitive differentiator, and we realise that there is a big demand for customisable goods and services. Hence, at ActiveCool, we are able to provide customisation, down to composition of fabric/ material used, printing techniques – glitter printing, reflective printing, laser cut which are not widely available in the market due to cost and intricate workmanship skills.

We are able to provide this level of differentiation and customisation due to our investments in lab certified technology, R&D, and always keeping up to date with upcoming trends and demands from other markets. This has given us an edge over our competitors, especially to clients with very specific demands, and government tenders.

In 2020, we invented one of the best reusable masks in the market, with lab tested specifications, at affordable price points. As a result, we have been awarded period contracts in 2021 from the Ministry of Defence and Tan Tock Seng Hospital to be their sole supplier for reusable masks for 2-4 years. We have also supplied these masks for the 2021 NDP marching contingent.
