They are designed with rounded edges and flush frames and vision panels, which eliminate dirt-trapping crevices and ensure thorough sanitisation. A lightweight door will prolong the operations of associated ironmongeries and door automation system. In healthcare facilities, ALLSEASONS GRP (Glass-fibre Reinforced Polyester) door systems are extensively deployed in hospitals, clinics, medical centres, nursing homes and other healthcare institutions, specifically in ultra-hygienic zones in hospitals such as Operating Theatres and Isolation Rooms. One example was when COVID-19 first hit Singapore, a newly-built NTUC Health’s Nursing Home (one of our valued clients), was converted into Singapore’s first COVID-19 step-up facility, which was repurposed to accommodate 250 beds for patients to be quarantined for recovery (The Straits Times, 2021). Our doors in this building serve to protect frontline healthcare workers from exposure while safeguarding patients from cross-infection, demonstrating the essential role that our GRP door solutions play in critical healthcare environments.

Mr. Fong Kim Hee is the Managing Director and founding leader of All Seasons Innovation Pte Ltd, an engineering solutions provider at the forefront of hygienic architectural systems. With over three decades of experience in the built environment sector, Mr Fong has been instrumental in guiding the company’s growth and innovation strategy, particularly in the development of advanced door solutions for healthcare and cleanroom applications.
Under his leadership, All Seasons Innovation made a pivotal shift towards producing ALLSEASONS GRP (Glass-Reinforced Polyester) doors in response to a growing awareness of global public health challenges. Motivated by the escalating threats of infectious disease outbreaks — including MERS in 2012, the Ebola epidemic from 2013, the Zika virus outbreak in 2015–2016 and various viral outbreaks that had global impacts, including Singapore, in the same period — Mr Fong recognised the urgent need for hygienic, seamless, and antimicrobial door systems within pharmaceutical, healthcare and high-containment environments, available locally in Singapore, without the need for imports. When the more deadly COVID-19 virus emerged and the pandemic was declared globally, our doors became a vital asset in supporting the fight against the virus. Installed in hospitals, they helped create safe, secure spaces for frontline healthcare workers and patients to work and recover. Additionally, our doors played a key role in pharmaceutical companies and research centres, providing the clean, microbial-free environments essential for the research and production of life-saving vaccines.
To meet this need, Mr Fong led the company through a phase of vigorous research and development, working closely with engineers, designers, pharmaceutical and healthcare professionals and architects to refine the product. The focus was not only on technical performance — such as durability, chemical resistance, and compliance with stringent hygiene protocols — but also on aesthetic integration, ensuring that the doors complemented modern architectural spaces without compromising on safety or functionality.
This strategic commitment to innovation and quality has enabled All Seasons Innovation to deliver solutions that uphold the highest standards in both performance and design. Enabling the company to deliver solutions that not only meet stringent regulatory standards but also serve a critical function in infection control and public safety.
