Director:
May Ng is the Founder and CEO of ARQon Pte Ltd, a purpose-driven MedTech consultancy headquartered in Singapore. A former regulator turned entrepreneur, May transformed personal adversity into opportunity when she launched ARQon in 2014 after retrenchment—while raising two infants. Since then, she has dedicated her career to helping MedTech startups, SMEs, and global firms navigate complex regulatory paths to bring life-saving technologies to market.
More than a business leader, May is a mentor, ecosystem builder, and community advocate. She has trained and empowered hundreds of young professionals through the IMDS education program with Temasek Polytechnic with a group of seasoned industry leaders to impart their knowledge. The founder also served as the Singapore Manufacturing Federation's Council and Youth Chair and as a mentor for IPI, NHIC, SIMTech, and independent assessor for the Ministry of Law during the COVID pandemic.
She also supported single women and mid-career entrants for the work opportunities in ARQon group. She also initiated global and local community platforms like ATTOPOLIS (a global MedTech B2B community) and CuraNation (a platform bringing together all wellness companies and social care organizations to serve families in need in Singapore). Her values-driven leadership, recognized by awards such as the SkillsFuture Employer Award (Gold) and SME500, reflects her unwavering belief that business must be a force for good—uplifting lives, enabling access, and empowering the next generation.
Recently, she has signed an MOU with Growflair, a business network with 1000 business owners to encourage social responsibility through CuraNation Wellness Day to serve the families who need help and the public.
