Established in 1992 as a general car servicing workshop, Joyce spearheaded its transformation into a premium continental car specialist—focusing on marques like Mercedes-Benz and BMW—by attracting top talent from renowned dealerships such as Cycle & Carriage and Performance Motors Limited.
In line with her forward-thinking and sustainability-driven vision, Joyce also introduced a circular initiative allowing the public to safely dispose of lithium batteries at Hiap Heng’s collection bins, contributing to environmental protection and responsible recycling. Her commitment to both service excellence and corporate responsibility has earned her a green reputation in the industry.
