To ensure high-quality and sustainable placements, Nation Maid Agency operates both physical and online training centres, including facilities in the MDWs’ home countries. These centres equip domestic workers with essential skills in housekeeping, eldercare, infant care, and care for persons with disabilities. We also provide customized in-home training and comprehensive post-placement support such as counselling, work permit processing, and dispute mediation—ensuring harmonious and lasting employment relationships.
