A distinguished alumna of Renmin University of China, she has held senior positions at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management—one of China's most prestigious business schools—where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Executive Development Programme (EDP) Centre.

Alice's entrepreneurial journey began in education, where she founded Beijing American English Language Institute alongside other educational institutions. Her ability to build and scale organisations from the ground up demonstrated early signs of the strategic thinking that would later revolutionise the hydrogen sector.

Before entering the hydrogen space, Alice successfully established multiple technology enterprises, several of which achieved public listings on China's Growth Enterprise Market (ChiNext).
