About the Company:
United Hydrogen is a forward-thinking green energy enterprise dedicated to accelerating the global transition to sustainable energy through innovative hydrogen solutions. As a leader in the green hydrogen sector, we align our operations with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and robust ESG principles, driving measurable environmental and social impact.
Key Contributions
Climate Action (SDG 13): Our green hydrogen production replaces fossil fuels in transport and logistics, directly reducing carbon emissions. Projects like our global hydrogen network aim to produce 1,000 tons of emissions-free hydrogen daily by 2028.
Clean Energy Access (SDG 7): We develop vertically integrated renewable energy systems, ensuring hydrogen is generated at consumption points. This approach supports Singapore’s ambition to become a regional hydrogen hub.
Innovative Infrastructure (SDG 9): Our modular "Super Plant" model integrates production, storage, and application infrastructure, enabling scalable solutions for mobility, logistics, and backup power.
Inclusive Growth (SDG 8): By expanding into Southeast Asia, we create jobs in renewable energy and foster partnerships with local industries to advance sustainable practices.
ASEAN Initiatives
We collaborate with government and private stakeholders to deploy hydrogen-powered material handling equipment, filling stations, and industrial backup systems. These efforts align with countries like Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam's Hydrogen Strategy, leveraging its innovation ecosystem to position the nation as a clean energy leader.
ESG Commitment
Environmental: Closed-loop production systems minimise waste, while renewable projects cut emissions.
Social: We prioritise energy access in underserved regions and invest in community development.
Governance: Strategic expansions adhere to 1.5°C pathways, ensuring accountability and long-term impact.
United Hydrogen exemplifies how green hydrogen can reconcile economic growth with planetary boundaries. Our work in the Asia region and beyond positions us as a catalyst for the energy transition.

About the
Director:
Alice Ma (马霞): Pioneering the Green Hydrogen Revolution
Alice Ma is a visionary leader driving transformative change in the global hydrogen economy. A distinguished alumna of Renmin University of China, she has held senior positions at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management—one of China's most prestigious business schools—where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Executive Development Programme (EDP) Centre.
Educational Leadership & Innovation
Alice's entrepreneurial journey began in education, where she founded Beijing American English Language Institute alongside other educational institutions. Her ability to build and scale organisations from the ground up demonstrated early signs of the strategic thinking that would later revolutionise the hydrogen sector.
Technology Pioneer
Before entering the hydrogen space, Alice successfully established multiple technology enterprises, several of which achieved public listings on China's Growth Enterprise Market (ChiNext). This track record showcases her exceptional ability to identify emerging opportunities and execute complex business strategies in rapidly evolving markets.
Hydrogen Industry Leadership
Recognising hydrogen's potential to decarbonise heavy industry and transport, Alice transitioned her focus to clean energy. As Regional General Manager for the Yangtze River Delta at Meijin Energy's hydrogen division, she has become one of Asia's most influential voices in the hydrogen economy.
Alice founded and led the strategic development of hydrogen enterprises including Jiachuang Hydrogen and Yixun Energy. Through her leadership, these companies underwent successful restructuring and merger to form United Hydrogen—positioning the organisation for a landmark NASDAQ listing that would make it China's first hydrogen company to list on the US exchange.
Vision for Sustainable Future
Alice's forward-thinking approach and proven execution capabilities have earned widespread respect across the industry. She exemplifies how women leaders are shaping the clean energy transition, combining commercial acumen with environmental purpose to build scalable solutions for a carbon-neutral future.
As United Hydrogen expands into Singapore and Southeast Asia, Alice continues to champion innovation that bridges economic growth with planetary stewardship—making her one of the region's most compelling advocates for the hydrogen revolution.
