Xiyao Culture Association was founded in 2004 by a group of cultural scholars and enthusiasts. What began as a small study group has since evolved into an influential cultural organization dedicated to promoting traditional Chinese culture, fostering cultural confidence, and serving modern society. About the
Director:
Dr Chin Mui Hiong graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1990, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the same university in 2012. In 2023, he earned a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Canberra.
A pioneer in Singapore’s employment services sector, Dr Chin founded Nation Employment Pte Ltd in 1994 to deliver professional manpower solutions. He is also the founding chairman of Advancer Global Limited (AGL), which was successfully listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) in 2016. He currently serves as Executive Director of AGL, driving its strategic growth and development.
Beyond his corporate endeavours, Dr Chin is a dedicated advocate for cultural and community service. He holds multiple leadership roles in prominent social and cultural organizations, including:
