Mr. Yeoh Cheng Yow is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience shaping Singapore’s built environment. As Managing Director of ZLC (Z L Construction Pte Ltd), a local SME specialising in Design and Build renovation services, he leads with a balance of technical excellence, hands-on expertise, and a strong sense of responsibility to the community.
Mr. Yeoh’s professional journey spans a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors — from Additions & Alterations (A&A) and reconstructions, to interior fit-outs and refurbishment works. His specialised skills in interior finishes, defect diagnosis, and maintenance planning have positioned him as a trusted advisor and project leader in the field.
Beyond his role at ZLC, Mr. Yeoh serves as a Resident Building Surveyor at Absolute Inspection Pte Ltd, focusing on defect inspections, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at BCA Academy, where he has been teaching Technical Drawing and Project Management since 2012. His early career experience at JTC Corporation in Cluster Development deepened his understanding of industry-wide needs and challenges.
