BIGG.WORLD was founded in Singapore on 9th June 2018 to capture both online and offline sales. BIGG.WORLD (www.bigg.world) is an autonomous hyper-local Online to Offline ( O2O ) e-marketplace for retailers to build trust and loyalty through our unique review and rewards blockchain systems.
Underpinning BIGG CASH are Ethereum smart contracts and protocols that drive O2O B2C transactions, with targeted discounts from merchants and rewards to both merchants and consumers. The blockchain solves the problem of fake online reviews, fake products and poor services rendered by merchants as all reviews are recorded on the blockchain and immutable.
BIGG.WORLD uses cutting edge data driven marketing tools for driving online consumers to offline brick and mortar shops while incentivizing consumers as brand ambassadors through Bigg rewards. Our supply chain finance solution (SCF) compliments this vision, as it helps end merchants get their supplies in a timely fashion through bank or LP financing, that can now be much cheaper than before through the SCF platform. Regular supplies at a cheaper cost translates huge convenience and savings for their consumers. Also, the previously unbanked consumers and SME’s through Bigg rewards and availability of financing respectively. Our merchants will now have the opportunity to become economically viable.

Nicholas Tan is a self-driven entrepreneur with global business skills and experience in Asia and South Pacific. He believes companies had to experiment and introduce new technologies and business models, not just to compete, but to survive.
Therefore, he founded Bigg World Pte Ltd, a blockchain based Online to Offline marketplace that rewards everyone. He has also launched Bigg CASH the go to utility currency for Asia's Social Health.
He managed to grow the community to more than 600 merchant listings, 7000 members in 10 months and launch Bigg Cash cryptocurrency to be the go-to utility token for Asia’s social health.
He prides himself as a people leader who was surrounded by a team of sharp, driven and humble individuals who want to make a massive impact to the community. The team continually push each other to move as one, take risks, and develop technological breakthroughs.
An innovative entrepreneur with a vision of how digital technology can be used to launch a new product or service that interferes with existing business processes, He was selected and incubated by SG Innovate and IBM Watsons under the Tagpass Program in his previous company.
In his spare time, he is involved with numerous charitable activities and considers his greatest achievement to have been awarded the honourable MINDEF Defence Technology Prize in 2007.
